Dec 1st 2018: Author and artist signups open.

 

Feb 1st 2019: Author signups close.

 

Mar 31st 2019: 25% story completed (1,250 words minimum). Summary outline submission deadline.

 

April 6th 2019: Summary preview available to registered artists.

 

April 13th 2019: Artist signups close and claims open (3pm EST UTC-5).

 

May 19th 2019: First team check-in. The story should be 50% complete (2,500 words minimum). Art should be around 25% completed.

 

Jun 16th 2019: Second team check-in. The story should be 75% complete (3,750 words minimum). Art should be about 50% completed.

 

Aug 20th 2019: Final team check-in. Everyone should be almost finished for posting.

 

Sept 1st 2019: Posting date signup (3pm EST UTC-5).

 

Sept 20th 2019: Posting begins.
